Its human thing that every one wants put their desired wish in every situation and on the same way as a member of the school team they do have the rights to take decision concerned with their team. And as a sports captain you have to listen to team mates decision and go ahead with the right one.

Having a separate sports uniform would be better. As it shows that it's your school sports team. And also it would be comfortable with sports dress rather than our normal school uniform. These are the reasons they would feel.
