Subject: Complaint regarding poor bus service

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that we, the residents of Vasant Kunj in Delhi are not getting satisfactory bus services and hence, commuting is becoming a problem.

The bus service in our area is irregular and also the number of buses is inadequate. This has led to long queues in the bus stops, thereby creating more chaos. Also, our important work is getting affected because of this.

We would be highly obliged if you mention this issue as a priority in your newspaper so as to make the respective authorities aware of the grave matter.
