              Subject: Complaint regarding post man's behavior

I would like to bring to your attention that the post man in charge of my street has been very irregular in service and he carelessly throws away letters instead of putting them in the post box placed on the gate. Due to this, I find that many of my important letters have been lost and damaged due to rain in the past month. When I confronted the post man regarding this, he was very rude and showed no sign of correction.

So, I am forced to escalate this issue and bring it to your kind notice. Kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this incident. I have my front CCTV footage for reference and I can submit the same in case of inquiry.

Hope that you are fine. I am writing this letter to file a complain against the delivery of an important parcel of mine. Its been 20 days that the parcel was sent from Calcutta and your postman is saying that they haven't received the parcel and delivery is slow due to covid situation. I have observed this in past also that this postman is a bit careless and least customer oriented.
