I am Vinita Das, resident of Ravi Vihar, Agra. Since the past three months, we are receiving a faulty electric bill.

The amount in bill received is approximately Rs. 5000 per month. We have been residing in the same residence for a few years, and have never received such a huge bill amount.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take action. Our payment is on hold due to the issue.

I shifted to Ravi vihar 4 months back.

I wish to register a complaint against the faulty billing.

The amount in bill received is Rs.7000 per month.

I have been living in the same residence for 4 months,and have never received such a huge bill payment.and I am occuring this problem since 2 months before.

And I request you to kindly look after the problem and take action. our other payment for our house hold are due because of this issue.
