You asked your colleague to provide feedback on a blog post you recently wrote. When they sent you their feedback, they made edits directly in the doc. Is this a best practice for a content editing process?

If your colleagues are trustworthy then to some extent it's ok....but I would rather prefer your blog post to be exclusively editable by you as it may happen than in process of making ammends the entire meaning you wished to convey gets transformed to that of your colleague. It's a good habit to take a feedback...but the doc should not be editable.
