Use a bar magnet to test each of the objects in Bag A. Place a check in the table above to show whether the object is attracted to the magnet or not attracted.

Noo.. Because magnetic separation is used when both your solute and solvent have different properties likewise one should be (Either solute or solvent) of Iron ..And other should have any other property..like sand etc..

so that magnet could attract iron nails from sand
