you can filter a list to display records that meet specific criteria by using auto filter command. Iska MATLAB samjhao

auto filler is a option in ms Excel which contain some specific criteria eg name, roll no etc it's already present there as a option if u want some specific items from that option there is box with a tick option select few and that only selected record will be displayed and else will be hidden
