I would cheer her up . I would say her to speak with her parents and if she does not accept it I will try and make her understand the usage of internet in a better way and stop discussing about the matter till she feels good because if we keep reminding her about the matter she gets depressed
after she feels comfortable I will go and say my thoughts to hrr and say it to her parents and complain
