You come to know that one of your friends has became a victim of cyber crime but is too scared to tell anyone.She/He has lost confidence and is losing at studies also.

I would like to help my friends in this matter, by telling him about the Cyber Crime Department, where he can fill the report for justice. 
I will try my best to boost up his confidence by taking him to a Doctor, which will try to change his mind by his oral methods.
I will provide him a atmosphere of positive attitude  which would help him more to gain his cconfidence again.
