You don't understand a word in a file because it's in another language. Which tag would be correct to use in this case?

Transcription can be Basic or Verbatim. A number of tags are used. in transcription. For example tags like [phone ringing], [laughter], [applause], [music] are used to indicate what is happening in the speaker's environment. When the sound can be heard but the words are not clear the tag [unintelligible] is used. 

While transcribing an audio file if you come across a word which is in another language and you do not understand the word you can use the tag [foreign].
