you enjoy songs but get irritated by honking of wheels why explain answer

In regarding of songs and music, the frequency and amplitude is perfect so that it provides a pleasant sensation to our ears and hence relaxing the brain. But in honking of vehicles, the amplitude and frequency doesn't occur in a regular pattern. So it feels unpleasant to our ears.
