Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Subject: Complaint Regarding My New Mobile Phone
I am Razia Fathima and I had bought a Samsung Galaxy J3 from your store last month. Though it worked fine for a few weeks, it started to develop serious faults afterwards. My bill number is KMR23454 and the date of purchase is 29 March 2018.
The major problem with the handset now is that it does not have any display. Even after switching on the phone, there is nothing but a black screen. Further, the phone can not be charged, and no red light is shown after plugging in. Even when the phone did have display, we were unable to use it properly because the touch screen did not work properly.
We have heard a lot about your company and bought a phone from their trusting your services. Please provide us with a replacement or free service for the same.
Thank You
Yours Sincerely
Razia

Subject: Complaint against a defective mobile phone
Respected Sir
I bought an LG Nexus 5 from your showroom with receipt number 123 dated 15th June 2022. The phone has a warranty of three years with the Guarantee Card number 00123 valid upto 30th August 2023.
I regret to inform you that the phone has developed a technical snag and stopped working. In fact, just a few days after its purchase, it had started giving me trouble off and on but I related it to the connectivity issue or some minor fault that I thought would settle with time. Since it is still in warranty period, you are requested to replace it immediately. Needless to say that mobile phones are not a luxury but a necessity these days. An early and appropriate action will be highly appreciated.
Yours sincerely
Sadiq
