This is to inform you that I had made an online purchase of digital Panasonic camera of rs 20000 from your online store on 12th december 2018 and I received my order on 20th December 2018. the payment was initiated in advance but the product is faulty and images are dark. i would request you to either change camera or refund the money. thanks
