Answer:
We have to select 4 children out of 6 boys and 4 girls such that we have atleast one 1 boy always in the group.
So, the cases could be
1) 1 boy - 3 girls
Which can be done as - 6C1*4C3
2) 2 boys - 2 girls
Which can be done as - 6C2*4C2
3) 3 boys - 1 girl
Which can be done as - 6C3*4C1
4) 4 boys - 0 girls
Which can be done as - 6C4*4C0
So, the total favourable cases will be an addition of all of these !
Hope this helps you !
