ishita2345: search it on Google
ishita2345: Now......
ambrishpratapsingh8: in question you said that mass of both bodies are same but there is a huge difference between mass and weight
pavankumar98: ok wait a while
ambrishpratapsingh8: and for your kind information Google is not always right because it shows the answers which are edited why people like us
ishita2345: ....
ishita2345: no I haven't search it on orders on sir its answer of my Google Assistant which is always true
ambrishpratapsingh8: so what is the answer
ishita2345: both will have the same way but I don't know why
ambrishpratapsingh8: how can the weight of both object will be same because you can lift 1kg cotton bag easily in comparison to 1kg iron bar

definitely iron bar will show more weight in comparison to the bag of cotton

because the weight which is read by weight machine is the force applied by the object on the surface of the machine

and it is obvious that iron bar will apply more force in comparison to the bag of cotton because its surface area is less in comparison to the bag of cotton so we know that force applied per unit area is inversely proportional to area

I hope this will help you
