Hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. How are everybody at home? How is you new school? I really miss you at school, in fact, all the classmates miss you too. Wish you father hadn’t got transferred. We still could have studied together. Hey, btw, this year we have a new English teacher. As you know our old English teacher Ms. Savita retired this year and in her place a new English teacher has come. Her name Ms. Elizabeth Mathew. She is so charming and pleasant and at the same time so sober. She believes in simple living and high thinking and her manners are pleasing and liked by all of us; not to forget she has a great sense of humour! She has a perfect command over English and an excellent pronunciation which is accurate, very clear, and perfect.
All the students in the class likes her and feels fortunate to have her as the English teacher. She is interesting and educative, and full of literary references. She does not believe in physical punishment and often tells the class that honesty and a frank talk is the finest way to strengthen any relationship. Some days back I had forgotten to submit my homework on time; however when I told her the truth she forgave me. Ms. Elizabeth is also the key advisor of the school drama club and prepares students for English elocution and contests. Under her guidance, several students have won many prizes and trophies in such competitions. I must say, she is an asset to the school as well as student community.
I wished you had been here. I am sure you too would have agreed with me. Next time when you visit me, you should definitely meet her. Okay, I must end for now. I have to leave for my basketball coaching. Please do reply ASAP and convey my love and regards to all at home
Yours lovingly
