if you have been asked by the manger or the management to secure a laptop from an individual that have just been dismissed from the company under un favorable circumstances .this basically means that the person using this laptop just left work and maybe he /she still have some of information that belongs to him ,it is therefore wise to ask him to take all information that belongs to him because that is the first step ,it is not nice to get hold of somebody's information that do not belong to the company
the other things follow like instaling anti virus or maybe a new window
