I wish to state that my BSNL internet broadband connection (0161-2457890) has not been working since July 20, 2018. I have been facing lots of inconvenience. I am an online teacher; I require access to internet round the clock. I had telephoned on July 20, 2018 and lodged the complaint. My complaint reference no is 89634576432. In spite of the complaint lodged, no action has been taken so far. I appeal to you to look into the matter and expedite the fixing of my internet connection. I shall be grateful. Thanking you.
