You have heard the quote “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but word will never hurt me.” Do you agree with this statement or not? Please Explain your awnser.

studies have shown that insulting words can cause as much mental pain as heating can cause physical pain. Mental pain are also very dangerous as they can cause many mental problems. But if we do not listen to them at all, then we are okay. It will be same as running from the person who is beating you.

p.s. - if word limits are more then describe some of ye mental problems and how they are as severe as physical illness
