-make them aware of the benefits of outdoor activities
-introduce new ways of fun outdoor activities, like games, sports.
-offer them incentive, like nice weather would be good to take pictures. They would atleast come out and take pictures. Then introduce an activity to them
-Organize an outdoor competition, maybe treasure hunt, or bike cycling, etc.
