Subject: Complaint regarding damaged goods
Sir:
I am writing to your good self to lodge complaint against the poor logistics service provided by your company. My valuable goods were transported by my brother from Mumbai on November 12, 2018 by lorry number MH 21 3498. The goods were not only valuable, but precious also. I received the goods on November 20, 2018. However, when I opened the parcel to see whether any damage had been done to goods or not, I found the goods in bad shape. Most of them were broken. There were many scratches on them. It means they had not been treated with care during the transportation. I appeal to you to look into the matter and take strict action against the careless personnel concerned.
