Respected Sir,

I have writtn this letter to inform you that I will not be able to attend the meeting of the youth club.

I am very sorry for not attending the meeting. My aunt is admitted to the hospital and she is really in a very critical condition. Our house is in a great chaos because of this I cannot even attend my school for about one week.I have to stay indoors and help my mother in her household chores.I also have to look after my younger brother when my mother goes to see my aunt.
