Dear Diary:
I had a new spiritual experience today at the Art of Living Workshop! The Art of Living teacher made the students do a unique and profound breathing technique, known as Sudarshan Kriya that restored body, mind and spirit into its natural rhythm of being. The teacher enlightened us about the benefits of the Kriya. The technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving the mind calm, focused and the body energized, completely relaxed. The calm, peace, and serenity that I felt, is still lingering on with me. I feel more positive, energized and optimistic. My interest in studies has increased. I feel I should do it regularly to achieve all round balance, peace, and success in my life.Similar questions
