Subject: Health hazards due to night shifts

Respected Sir,

I am Sharina. I work in an XYZ call center company and BPO employees were given night shifts generally. I have come across an article recently stating the health hazards caused by the night shifts in call center jobs.

The article stated that night shifts can ruin your biological clock and make you more prone to musculoskeletal, eye, and voice disorders as well as insomnia. Already, many employees from our office are facing these issues. Moreover, it is the state of employees working at night shifts in every other company.

Though I have raised this proposal of changing the shift timings in our company there is no poitive response from them. So I am writing this letter to you, expecting that you would make amendments in the work culture of the origanisations who are least concerned about their employee's health.
