You have seen classmate tearing pages from books in the library although you have spoken to him but he denies to do anything wrong . discuss the proble?

The school's library is an important source of knowledge for the students.Inform the libranian and the class teacher.Also tell him the problems the other student's will face if the book's not in a proper condition.

simply tell him nothing .....but inform Librarian and class teacher ......................to tell that fellow that ...........library is the only place in the school where concentration can be made easily ...........also tell him that there are rules and regulation of every place where do we live ...........so if he doesnt follow them then he is a defaulter ..........and also make fines for the books which he has spoilt..........
