price of 12 books = 960

price of 1 book = 960/12

= 80

price of 12pens = 481

price of 1 pen = 481/12

=40.8

price of 10 books = 810

price of 1 book = 810/10

=81

price of 10 pens =391

price of 1 pen = 391/10

=39.1

profit = (80-81)-(40.8-39.1)

=1-1.7

=.7

we have to buy products from the second seller.
