you have two solution A and B. The PH of the solution A is and pH of solution B is 8. Which solution has more hydrogen ion concentration ? Which of these is acidic and which one is basic ? what will be the effect of these solution on litmus

The solution B has ph of 8 so it is basic in nature and has less concentration of H+ ion. You have not mention ph of solution A, if solution A has ph less than 7 then it will be acidic.

When solution B will be tested on litmus it will turn blue litmus in red, because it is basic solution.
