For certain body tissues, Fluoride is said to be safe and for some tissue it is not. Developed countries do not use Fluoride in toothpaste or in water sources. But developing countries still use fluoride toothpastes. 

So if we need to make people or society aware about Fluoride use, it needs to be made at each product level too. For example, In advertisement when we say Fluoride is good for teeth, it needs to be mentioned that higher quantity is not advisable as it is not good for bone.

- Grocery Store
- Radio
- Flyers via government funded programs
- Warnings on product or relevant medicines that Fluoride is not good for bone, and it causes Thyroid etc.
