Explain clearly why the motorcyclist does not drop down when he is at the uppermost point, with no support from below. What is the minimum speed required at the uppermost position to perform a vertical loop if the radius of the chamber is 25 m?

i don't have soo much info about his minimum speed , or like this but i can tell you that the motorcyclist did not fall down while doing his job as he have so high speed from which we generally drive, also the mtorcyclist makes his bike as lighter as possible so he removes its parts like mudguards also he trys to choose that motorcycle which is much lighter in weight.
