Amoeba and yeast both are unicellular organisms.Amoeba is irregular in shape while yeast is an outgrowth or in a shape of a bud.

amoeba and yeast both r microorganisms 1) amoeba r found mostly in liquids ,they have psedupodia for moving and contain small food vacoule in it it's a prokyaotic organism
2) yeast it is also a microorganism help in making of bread whose process is called fermentation yeast reproduce it's daughter cell in the atmosphere to make the substances rise .they need a warm specific temperature to start reproducing
