You much have read in the newspapers about vast devastation in uttarakhand by cloud burst followed by flash food.there was alot of property and lives.in your opinion , what precautionary measures could be taken to reduce such happening in future?

the main reason for this is pollution, first reduce that because if pollution is reduced than 75% of disasters will be automatically reduce.
-for this we can use bicycles for short distances.
-always try to use desert cooler in summer instead of air conditioner.
- try to use less motorcycles and cars.
