you notice that a cup of green kept outside for a few days start to sprout while a packet of frozen peas in the refrigerator do not. why? what can you do to make the frozen peas germinate?

because in refrigerator the temperature is not suitable for gemination because germination needs quite a wet situation. we can germinate them by wrapping them in cotton cloth at room temperature.
