while they go out for some activity periods. You feel this is a very bad practice which wastes the

You should tell them politely to switch off the fans and lights while going out of the class and also warn them that if they do not mend their ways then you should complaint against them to your class teacher and ask him or her to tell them to mend their ways. And, if they do not mend their ways then you should own switch it off and try to aware junior students.
