As we all know we all are are living in a developing country.but it is not fully developed. I mean to say about the beggars.
we all have most of the time scene many children begging at the traffic lights.market place and outside the eating joint .Have we all ever thought of those children .what might be the reason behind it.
it is the lack of education provided to their parents.Their parents might not got education and they also thought not to give education to their child.also they do not have enough money to educate their child.
At last i plead that whenever see the children begging, help them but also make their parents aware about the policies that a child get free education from 6 to 14 years of age according to government.and by this our country will be developed soon .
