I Recently ordered a kitchen blender from your Online Shop 1 day before. When I opened the packing of the box i was disappointed to see that the glass portions of the Appliance had been smashed during transmit. I has expected that the package to be wrapped more effectively in order to avoid incident such as this, but there was no padding material in the box. I would like the return the item and or to refund as soon as possible. Since the blender was intended to be a gift or an occasion that was already passed.
