I need your assistance in rectifying an urgent issue. On July 18, 2021, I booked a ticket from MAA-GOA for a 10:20 am departure on the date of January 29, 2022. My ticket PNR is UCW734: you will see 4 pax under the name of S RAJ.

I have recently been informed that this flight has been canceled. While your agent kindly offered to reschedule my flight for February 3, this is an insufficient remedy. Please reschedule my flight for no later than January 30th. As you can see, I booked this ticket approximately 7 months prior. Furthermore, I booked my hotel and excursions to suit this date, all of which are non-refundable.
