I am hereby writing this letter to inform you that the computer set I have bought from you three days ago on 4.5.2019 is not working properly. The monitor was switching off itself and the CPU was heating severely for the past two days. But today the whole thing is not working at all. It is a defective set you have sold me and for that I want my product to be replaced with a new, working one.
