Recently, a week ago, my best friend Jignesh, had just arrived at Mumbai. As he had no other relative or friends living in Mumbai, so I was the only one who had to go to receive him at the airport.
On arriving at the airport I saw that Jignesh was already waiting for me at the arrival gate at the terminal. As he was completely alien to this city, so it was obvious that he was very much nervous. Studying his body language I could easily describe how nervous and uncomfortable he was.
One of the reasons for his overwhelming nervousness was the crowd that was at the airport gate. As Mumbai also receives a lot of travelers and tourists from around the world, so it is obvious that the terminal was already crowded.
I could also see that many people were present at the gate who were there to receive their relatives and friends. After seeing me, Jignesh was a little more confident. Now I could feel the feeling of comfort and relaxation on his face as he was feeling secured.
He was also amazed after watching how fast had the Mumbai airport developed. All financial services and vending services were available for access at the terminal itself. He was also surprised to see how easily we could book a cab and Ola taxi right in front of the terminal gate.
Besides it was also to his surprise how easily he could access the metro services as help and assistance at the airport was very cooperative.
By the time we managed to rent a cab, I was sure that Jignesh was now more confident and comfortable being at the airport and having been received by me.
