Subject - Orderded Mobile Was damaged when recieved.

Sir/Ma'am,

I had orderded a Redmi Note 9 Pro from Xiaomi's Official website mi.com

When I recieved the phone, the box was in good state, but the phone inside had the following defects -

> The screen was not working

> The volume button was not working

I am writting this letter hoping you will replace this product.

I have already requested am order replacement from the official Xiaomi website.
