Dear Friend,

Our school has recently started a charity group called "Feeding the Nation" and proud to say so, I have been put in charge as the supervisor. The group, as we all know, is an association put into force to help the needy especially during this Corona Pandemic. The labours are walking all the home, that too, barefoot. At least helping them survive in the city before boarding a train would be the aim our aim. Everyone joining is getting great plans about how to collect funds, how make our work reach the labours and how else can we help these poor. But the main fault is that no master of Accounts is interested to do some "Samaj Seva". I remember pretty much well that you love to help those in need. Adding to the point that you are the best fit for the job, you are too good in Math. You have taken accounts for becoming a Chartered Accountant. Here is your chance. You can help so many needy! You can be put a good post for Charity Group. You can also make use of your great knowledge in Accounts Stream.  Um.. What you'll have to do? You'll have see which dish should we offer so that the stomachs are also filled and we can save as much money as we can. We will use the saved money for further providing food. You'll have to see how to arrange for money and ya, most importantly, think of ways to serve these people. And always, before giving taking any step, you'll always ask for my "Go ahead". I will further go to the head who will be the last guy to decide whether the given idea is fit for the association (P.s.: The head is no other than our Vice-Principle!)

And if you are wondering, whether I'll offer this job to someone else by the time you answer, don't worry. I'll somehow have the offer stalled. But please, we need to answer this letter ASAP. And keep in mind - Not only me, but the association and the poor, they are all waiting.

See you at my office!
