I want to bring a situation to your attention. I was travelling from Chennai to Thiruvalluvar yesterday but I noticed that the air conditioners were not in the working condition. This was the main problem for the majority of people that resulted in the people falling sick due to the hot weather.

I want you to please check in the situation as there are small kids that also travel through the bus. It will be a great help if you can look into the maintenance service of the buses.
