I'm writing this letter to express my disappointment with the hotel that I reserved through your online booking service for my recent family trip to Coorg. The hotel that we stayed in wasn't what we had seen on your website, and it didn't meet our prospects.

originally, the hotel room wasn't clean and tidy as shown in the filmland on your website. The bed sheets were dirty, and the restroom wasn't gutted duly. also, the room was lower than what was announced on your website. We had to acclimate ourselves in a confined space, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Secondly, the hotel staff was unskillful and harmful. They weren't attentive to our requirements and didn't give us with introductory amenities similar as napkins and toiletries. also, they were unresponsive when we complained about the cleanliness of the room.

Incipiently, the hotel's position wasn't as described on your website. It was far from the mega city center, and there were no near caffs or shops as announced on your website. This made it delicate for us to find food and other rudiments during our stay.
