                   My name is Sumit. I study in class 11. Being the captain of the school, I was asked by Principal to arrange a picnic for class 11 and 12 both, near the very famous Sanghagra, Keonjhar. Speaking with the management, and with the help of my father, I took the contact number of a caterer, who can cook the lunch on the said venue. Commuting to the venue was not a problem as the school was ready to provide the school bus, and Principal agreed to bear all the expenses related to the journey.
                   Then came the part of collection, for which collection of money from all the students had to be fixed. After reasonable discussion with student volunteers and Principal, Rs 200/- each was decided for the contribution. Everyone gladly agreed to it. After all these, was remaining the collection part, which was handed over to our Akshay, our volunteer for cash collection. Every little thing was being informed to Principal, so that nothing ends up in confusion.
Finally, I was able to complete all the arrangements, and the picnic commenced with a lot of fun. As usual, the location was beautiful, and all the minor lapses related to the arrangements were forgiven by my friends and senior.
