Torture on stray animal is increasing day by day. People became more comfortable in inhuman activity. They throw stones on innocent dogs and cats on the road. Sometimes we get to hear some incidents where people mixes poison to the food of stray animals.
They eat these innocently and die eventually. We have to remember they are part of nature like us, we cannot kill them. A strict law or rule should be implemented to save these animals.
