you see a lot of handbill & poster stiking on public. property like over bridge ,traffic light post and wall as election are around the corner this spoils the buty of your city & look unpleasant.

yes..it is wrong...people paste such things on walls and destroys the beauty of the building and then we compare our country with other countries...then obviously we will find our country dirty...such people should be caught red handed and then fined heavily...!! moreover they should be made to clean the place only then they will realize that what they were doing was wrong...
