it can be quiet difficult to discourage them behaving cruelly to stray animals because people have some false feelings about these animals because the feel these animals are of no use but we need to throw attention to the point that we are nobody to ill treat someone who is not able to express their feeling its not all about feelings this throws a deep arrow on humanity basis.
