If we soak the seeds of bean in water for two to three days we will observe that the seed will start germinating. In this stage of the seed if we sow them in the soil it will start growing like a plant.

When the seeds are soaked in water for 2-3 days, the seed germinates.

In other words, when bean seed is soaked in water, growth enzyme of the seed is activated which produces white tailed like structure which is basically the root.
