If i make slots of 10 minutes

3:00 - 3:10 then 3:01 - 3:11  ,   so  3:50 - 4:00

total 51 slots

if A come at 3:00 then b can come to any 10 slots

if A come at 3:01 then b can come one slot one side & 10 slots another side

Then 3:10 to 3: 40  10 slots both sides by B so 20 slots then again one side slots

probability

=(1/50) (2 * (10/50 + 11/50 + 12/50 + 13/50 +.........19/50) + 31*(20/50))

=(1/50) (2 * 145/50  + 620/50)

=(1/50) (290 + 620)/50

= 910/2500

= 91/250
