Respected sir,

With due respect and humble submission i want to inform you that i had went to ATM for some cash but the cash was not dispense from the ATM machine,although i got the notification of deduction of money from my account.On dated 19-7-22 I went to a ATM near the bank where I try to withdraw 5000 Rs. for some work,i do all the procedures for dispense but when it comes to dispense cash,the machine was not working, and no cash were dispense by the machine.Even i try for the second the time the same thing happened to me.On the spot i received the deduction notification although i haven't received any money.

It is my humble request please look into this and please refund my money.
