Subject: Report on the classroom fight between two students.
Sir,
Most respectfully I beg to inform you that I was present during the unfortunate fight in the classroom that took place on 15th March. I was an eyewitness to everything that happened between my two classmates, Arjun and Ranveer.
The fight resulted from a misunderstanding between them. Arjun was standing and arranging his bench and desk. Ranveer entered the classroom in a hurry because the next class was about to start and the teacher may arrive at any moment. They bumped into each other. It was unintentional but both of them thought that the other student deliberately tried to push down the other student. So they immediately started hitting each other. All the students were surprised and shocked at the sudden fighting. I tried to explain and stop them. At that moment our class teacher arrived and took them to your office.
I feel sorry for them. They are among the best students of my class. I therefore request you to consider the actual circumstances and forgive them.
